A company is looking for an Operations Assistant for a contract position that is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
Address merchant and dasher issues with empathy and urgency via various communication methods
Proactively identify potential failures and implement mitigation strategies
Execute workflows to meet exceptional service level agreements (SLAs) and share insights to improve processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in fast-paced customer service, ideally in tech, hospitality, or healthcare
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Fluency in English with strong technical skills, including typing speed of at least 40 WPM
Proficiency in Google Sheets and familiarity with G-Suite, Slack, Atlassian, and Salesforce is a plus
