Shift : 12-Hour Night | 6 : 30 PM 7 : 00 AM

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Weekly Pay Rate : $2,232 - $2,412; (Negotiable based on experience)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract role in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with intermediate and critical care needs. This is a 13-week assignment, with the potential for extension based on performance and facility requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care in the IMCU / PCU settings, focusing on monitoring, assessing, and managing patients' conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in a timely manner.
• Perform routine assessments, document patient progress, and communicate changes in condition to the medical team.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and hospital policies.
• Respond promptly to patient needs, including emergency situations.
• Assist with the orientation and training of new staff members when required.
• Float to different departments as needed, based on staffing and patient care needs.
