Pay Range : $60 - $63 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Expected to serve as an engineering leader for the multiple programs or work streams .
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction .
• Exceptional Project Management (MS Project) and Planning Skills .
• Agile / Jira Execution Skills highly sought .
• Leadership capability with diverse, cross functional international team .
• Escalate effectively with leadership and cross-functionally across the organization .
• Bias toward creative thinking and innovation in product design and approach to everyday work .
• Implement design-to-cost and variation-reduction strategies .
• Promote and build strong team, culture and working relationships .
• Manage within very difficult resource constraints .
• Identify gaps and risks on behalf of the team .
• Balances workload with team members .
• Monitor work of team members to recognize when they are "stuck" or "off track" .
• Approve schedules and budgeted time for the tasks of the team members.
