Director of Duals Experience

A company is looking for a Director, Duals Experience to enhance member satisfaction and retention strategies for Duals members.

Key Responsibilities

Identify opportunities and guide strategies to improve the overall member experience for Duals members

Provide strategic oversight and leadership for all member experience activities for Dual members and providers

Partner with Quality to support HEDIS initiatives and focus on improving key performance metrics

Required Qualifications

5+ years of supervisory / management experience

7+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Business Development, or similar fields

Preferred background in consumer experience

BA / BS - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required

MS in a Health Care related field preferred
