Digital Project Coordinator

Tactical Planning & Implementation

• Comprehensive project management of marketing campaigns across digital marketing programs across channels : (websites, landing pages, email marketing campaigns, mobile solutions, etc.) aligned to the brand's business goals
• Support the Brand Strategist (Director & Experience Planner) with driving business goals into a measurable digital strategy
• Collaborate with LEX to ensure compliance guidelines are followed and new initiatives are vetted through internal LEX stakeholders for all digital marketing programs / projects
• Ensure communication to confirm go-live and approvals of marketing materials
• Support the build of a prioritization roadmap & gap-identification for digital initiatives
• Maintain project plans and internal deliverable trackers, making sure all project / campaign elements are accurately represented and up to date
• Support with report preparation on programs and campaigns
• Qualifications
• 3-5 plus years related work experience in digital marketing, digital strategy, digitally-forward CRM (B2C / D2C) or e-commerce
• Solid fundamental knowledge of digital marketing principals
• Experience managing digital campaigns
• Outstanding project management skills with proven experience managing end-to-end projects including managing budget, timelines / milestones, multiple partners and deliverables
• Demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively (team oriented) with an enthusiastic attitude
• Strong credibility and interpersonal, communication and influencing skills

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00 / hr.
