Overview
Join our client's premier neonatal team as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. You will provide advanced care in a collaborative environment that values professional growth and compassionate care, all while enjoying a family-friendly lifestyle and outdoor adventures.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on care in four Level III NICUs Manage care for approximately 1,700 NICU admissions and over 10,000 births annually.
- Provide advanced neonatal interventions, including high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide therapy, and total body cooling for HIE.
- Participate in the neonatal transport program and coordinate emergency stabilization and care.
- Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists to ensure comprehensive care.
- Engage in continuous quality improvement, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.
- Support families through the NICU journey in a compassionate, communicative manner
