Job Description :
Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities.
Gather personnel records from other departments or employees to have in human resources.
Prepare badges, passes, and identification cards, and perform other security-related duties.
Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, amount of sales or production, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.
Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions.
Prepare and set up for new employee orientations.
Validating data for accuracy.
Must be able to handle a high volume of transactions and meet deadlines to complete the transactions. Review Case Management tickets.
Must have ability to multi-task and meet deadlines and some HR knowledge is helpful.
Experience with MS Excel, Word, Outlook. SAP or an HR System (Peoplesoft, Workday) experience would be nice to have.
This role is for the HR Transaction Center and will focus on processing new hires and basic transactions.
