A company is looking for a Payroll AMS IT Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Develop solutions in Payroll and Time & Absence domains, providing leadership and technical expertise
Drive the design, development, integration, and delivery of scalable software solutions while managing technical debt and risks
Coach and mentor engineers to implement secure and distributed software architectures
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing Payroll IT teams using agile methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Deep understanding of Payroll software development methodologies and tools
Trained / certified in Workday payroll or ADP payroll with hands-on experience
Proficient in project management, including scope definition and resource allocation
