Key Responsibilities

Provide legal guidance on the convergence of lending products within the company's ecosystem

Advise on BNPL regulation, including consumer protection requirements and disclosure obligations

Draft and update customer terms of service and product disclosures for BNPL products

Required Qualifications

Law firm associate with experience in consumer financial services and fintech product development

Knowledge of BNPL regulation at federal and state levels

Experience in drafting legal documents such as terms of service and product disclosures

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and regulatory counsel

Familiarity with consumer protection laws and compliance risk assessments
