Blue Ribbon Restaurants, LLC, a franchisee of Famous Dave's of America , is looking to add a Famous Manager to our Detroit market. Our franchise group includes multiple locations in the Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland and Washington, D.C. metro areas. We have grown steadily in recent years and are seeking energetic, fun-loving, enthusiastic people who enjoy working at the longest-running backyard BBQ party in America.

The Manager will oversee and direct all aspects of restaurant operations, including achieving sales and profit levels, maintaining Famous Dave's high food quality standards, and upholding the company's standards of excellence. Most importantly, managers set the tone for each shift and lead their team with passion for our guests' experiences.

We want leaders coaches mentors and trainers who can help us operate the home of the "World's Greatest Ribs". We are proud to have a scratch kitchen with authentic, in-house smoked meats, homemade sides and desserts, and handcrafted cocktails. Our ideal Manager has proven leadership skills and a minimum of 3 years' experience managing in a high-volume, full-service, casual dining environment. Our Detroit market locations include Westland, Novi, Taylor and Roseville. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career. Candidates must be available for a minimum of three locations.
