Role Overview :
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Talent & Operations to lead athlete management, operational initiatives, and brand partnerships. This role combines leadership, relationship management, and deal-making, driving growth for both athletes and the agency. The VP will oversee day-to-day operations, build relationships with athletes and partners, and ensure seamless execution across campaigns and programs.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations for athlete clients.
- Lead athlete onboarding and manage ongoing client support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of programs and initiatives.
- Manage reporting, payments, and partner invoicing as needed.
Marketing & Brand Strategy
Guide social media and marketing strategy for athletes.Manage marketing materials, press kits, and digital presence.Collaborate with PR and marketing partners to secure opportunities.Brand Partnerships & Sales
Lead outreach and strategy for sponsorships, endorsements, and partnerships.Collaborate on deal negotiations and manage pipelines with internal teams.Ensure timely and smooth execution of all partnership agreements.Operations & Leadership
Establish operational workflows, communication protocols, and efficiency improvements.Mentor and guide supporting team members, including interns and coordinators.Ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations related to NIL and athlete partnerships.Compensation & Incentives :
Base salary + performance-based commissions tied to deals, sponsorships, and athlete partnerships.Opportunities to earn additional commission for new business or athletes brought into the agency.Ideal Candidate :
Proven experience in talent management, operations, or sports marketing.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Comfortable managing multiple priorities, building relationships, and executing high-impact initiatives.Familiarity with NCAA, NIL, or athlete representation best practices is a plus.Why Join Us :
