The Department of Pediatric Hematology / Oncology at Golisano Childrens Hospital is seeking a full-time Board Certified / Board Eligible Pediatric Hematologist / Oncologist to join our team.
Golisano Childrens Hospital of Southwest Florida is the only Childrens Hospital between Tampa and Miami. It is a new 300,000-square-foot 7-story facility which became a stand-alone hospital in 2017. It counts on 135 beds including a fully staffed ER, NICU and PICU with access to a variety of subspecialties including pediatric surgery, orthopedics, cardiology, endocrinology, neurosurgery, and more.
Golisano childrens Hospital is one of six hospitals operated by Lee Health. Lee Health is a non-profit organization with 14,000 employees and 92 practice locations throughout Southwest Florida. Lee Health Physician Group employs 960 primary care and specialty care providers. The health system has four acute care hospitals and two specialty hospitals that house 1,812 hospital beds. All acute hospitals received an A in the fall 2022 Leapfrog Hospital Safety survey.
