Warehouse Planner / Scheduler

About the Role :

We are seeking a Warehouse Planner / Scheduler to coordinate and maintain efficient schedules for shipping, receiving, and storage operations. This role ensures customer orders are met on time while optimizing labor, equipment, and space within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop daily / weekly warehouse schedules for inbound and outbound activities.

Monitor schedule adherence and adjust for urgent orders, delays, or shortages.

Review capacity (labor, dock space, equipment) and recommend solutions.

Collaborate with Operations, Inventory Control, Transportation, and Customer Service teams.

Track KPIs such as on-time shipments, space utilization, and schedule accuracy.

Support continuous improvement and maintain scheduling procedures.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma required; degree in Supply Chain / Logistics preferred.

3–5 years’ warehouse planning, scheduling, or logistics coordination experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; SAP experience preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25–50 lbs.

Comfortable working in warehouse conditions around material handling equipment.
