Patient Services Associate (PSA) II
The Patient Services Associate (PSA) II enhances the patient / customer experience by courteously and professionally processing arrival and departure activities associated with visits to the practice / department. Obtains pre certifications and / or pre authorizations for procedures, verifies insurance, referrals and patient demographic information. The PSA II supports delivery of the Jefferson Experience by placing emphasis on the prompt and courteous treatment of all patients and visitors to maintain an efficient flow of lobby and directing to appropriate staff.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements :
Education :
HS Diploma or equivalent required.
AND
Experience :
Customer service and / or patient facing healthcare experience preferred. This position is in an outpatient drug and alcohol program; previous experience or lived experience preferred; hours are Monday-Friday 6 : 30a-3pm.
