Job Description
Lead and manage preconstruction efforts, including cost estimation and budgeting for construction projects. Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive schedules and ensure alignment with client expectations. Oversee bidding processes, including subcontractor solicitation and bid evaluations. Provide technical and strategic guidance to support project planning and execution. Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful project delivery. Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into preconstruction processes. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the preconstruction team.
