Bilingual Planner Coordinator

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Bilingual Planner Coordinator to work in Baytown, TX. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for maintaining and monitoring Warehouse project plans and Warehouse work schedules.

Pay Rate : $16.00-$18.00 per hour to start, temp-to-perm negotiable depending on experience.

Schedule and Hours : Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm.

Bilingual Planner Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintaining and monitoring project plans
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met
• Monitor progress and determine adjustments.
• Undertaking project tasks as required.
• Communicate with Management, and Supervisors regarding any problems / issues.

Bilingual Planner Coordinator Qualifications and Requirements

At least 2-3 years of project management or related experience.

Bilingual English / Spanish, required

Proven ability to solve problems creatively

Strong communications skills

Excellent analytical skills
