L&D RN 36 or 48 hour option, nights Certifications required : ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, FHM, NRP Accepts first time travelers Department Info : 10 labor rooms; 2 ORs, 3 triage On call required as needed No Float Our LD delivers approximately 100 babies a month, average 23% c-sections. We take high risk labor patients. The CST assist in the labor rooms as a tech and in the OR on c-section cases. In addition, we have 3 bed triage for OP pregnant patients. Skills Required : Sterilization, Case cart, scrub, aseptic technique, C-sections, Dilation & curettage, vaginal delivery, Equipment : Suction, cautery, DC machine Additional skills : Ability to have computer skills, exceptional customer service, team player with nursing and MD, assist in labor room for set up, handling specimens and interface with lab and other departments.
