Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and edit contracts to align with business and regulatory requirements
• Support litigation and regulatory matters, including organizing case files and preparing legal documents
• Conduct legal research and compile reports, chronologies, and supporting materials
• Assist with committee and board activities, including preparing agendas, minutes, and reports
• Provide administrative support and complete special projects as assigned
