Job Description
The Associate, Automation Technical Support (Science / Tech / Engineering Path), is primarily responsible for applying technical expertise to test, install, and maintain automation / SCADA systems, including hardware, controllers, HMI, networks, communication, database, and software. You will support project goals by completing tasks effectively and staying updated with automation and SCADA advancements.
Responsibilities
- Apply technical knowledge to test, install, and maintain automation / SCADA systems, including input / output signal hardware, controllers, HMI, networks, communication, database, and software
- Support project goals through effective task completion, following established procedures with some decision-making authority
- Stay current with advances in automation and SCADA technologies
- Adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining accurate and complete documentation
- Ensure rigorous quality control and complete all required training
- Meet individual job requirements and contribute to the overall compliance of the organization, committing to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance
