We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to support the complete lifecycle of aerospace systems—from initial design through production and long-term sustainment. This role focuses on driving systems engineering excellence across product development, qualification, and ongoing support for operational programs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and manage system-level requirements, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and regulatory standards.
• Write change justifications for qualification substantiation, supporting system modifications with technical and compliance rationale.
• Lead or support Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) to resolve technical issues and enhance reliability.
• Support production and sustaining programs, working closely with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to address field issues, implement improvements, and maintain system integrity.
• Develop and execute integration, verification, and validation plans for hardware and software.
• Evaluate design changes for impact on performance, cost, schedule, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex system challenges and ensure successful product delivery.
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and trade studies to guide technical decisions.
