The Team You'll Work With
You'll be leading the People Systems team within People Platform, a group dedicated to building the future of work at Carta using systems, analytics, AI, and operations. The team designs and scales workflows, processes, and systems that support a global workforce, always with an eye on efficiency, data quality, and driving employee performance and experience. As a Senior Manager, you'll partner closely with the People, Finance, and IT teams to ensure Workday, Lattice and related people systems are not just running, but running brilliantly. You'll lead and mentor a team of systems experts, drive cross-functional projects, and play a key role in shaping Carta's employee experience at scale.

Salary
Carta's compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is : $196,000 - $245,000 salary point in San Francisco and New York.
Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.
