Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and addressing inquiries
Monitor client progress and system usage, providing analysis and feedback to improve practice performance
Conduct regular health checks and business reviews to maximize client retention and value creation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Associate's degree or 2 years of college experience preferred
Minimum of 2+ years working in a veterinary office in a relevant role
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with veterinary management software is a plus
Experience in training or mentoring veterinary staff is ideal
Familiarity with onboarding processes or customer success roles is beneficial
