Progressive Care Unit Manager
Position : Nurse Manager of Cardiac Progressive Care
Salary : : $84,849 - $127,274
Location : Fort Worth, TX
Schedule : Full-time, Days
Job Summary : Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Operations, the Nurse Manager shares 24-hour accountability and responsibility for the effective and efficient operation of the Cardiac Progressive Care department.
Ensure patient and personal safety, maintain a safe environment, and adhere to Safety and Infection Control Programs.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Assure quality patient care according to standards.
- Achieve operational and capital budget goals.
- Maintain clinical management competency and professional growth.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of acute care leadership experience.
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Texas with BCLS and ACLS certifications.
- Prefer national certification in area of expertise (CCRN, CNA, CCRN).

- Mid : $106,059 (10+ years of experience)
- Max : $127,274 (20+ years of experience)
