We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Territory Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in our growth in the Nashville, TN area.
Position Overview :
As a Territory Manager , you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, directly influencing the success of our business by cultivating and managing relationships with car dealerships within your territory. This role combines strategic sales planning, relationship building, and product education to drive revenue and achieve ambitious sales targets. With your deep industry knowledge and expert sales skills, you'll help car dealerships understand the true value of our warranty products while fostering long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Do :
- Drive Revenue Growth : Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify new business opportunities and increase sales with car dealerships within your assigned territory.
- Build Lasting Relationships : Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealership owners, general managers, and sales managers to influence purchasing decisions.
- Educate & Train : Conduct engaging product presentations and training sessions for dealership staff, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to effectively sell our warranty products.
- Collaborate for Success : Work closely with internal teams—marketing, customer service, and operations—to ensure seamless support and delivery of services to our dealership partners.
- Track and Report : Use CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline development, and market trends. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to management.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve : Monitor industry developments, competitor strategies, and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
What You Bring to the Table :
Proven Sales Success : A track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.Industry Knowledge : A solid understanding of car warranty products and the value they bring to dealerships and car owners.Exceptional Communication Skills : Ability to communicate, present, and negotiate effectively with all levels of stakeholders.Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented : Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Travel-Ready : Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel within your assigned territory.Why You’ll Love Working with Us :
