EnSafe is accepting applications for a Civil Design Engineer based out of our EnSafe Nashville, TN, or Bowling Green, KY offices

As a Civil Design Engineer , you will work on various projects in an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration at all levels, a culture of support, and professional growth. EnSafe emphasizes empowering staff to practice our profession passionately and without limitations.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Supporting and leading the engineering design effort for site civil, stormwater drainage, industrial wastewater, and utility design projects.
• Projects include civil design, solid waste management / landfill design, impoundments, and development of plans and profiles.
• Engineering design is for regulatory permitting, site development, specifications, and bid documents.
• Problem-solving across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Participating in and coordinating various design and construction meetings with clients and subcontractors (including Pre-bid meetings)
• Planning, scheduling, and conducting detailed phases of design work.
• EnSafe is a sell / manage / do organization, so your duties will also include proposal / marketing support, project and practice management, and client project involvement where appropriate.
