Your Role With Us :

Join Salem Health and Clinics as a Family Medicine provider, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive primary care to our community in the Willamette Valley.

We're seeking dedicated and compassionate physicians to join our team across multiple clinic locations, all utilizing Epic EMR.

This role offers flexibility and a supportive work environment, allowing you to focus on providing the best possible care to your patients.

Keizer Clinic is where dedication to patient care meets a supportive and close-knit team environment. We are seeking a passionate Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to enhance our team.

The clinic sees a diverse patient population including many multigenerational families. This full-time position requires 32 hours of patient-facing time and offers a flexible 4-day work week or a traditional 8-5, Monday-Friday schedule.

With opportunities for virtual care integration, manageable daily call rotations, quarterly offsite meetings, and social events, you'll join a team that emphasizes work-life balance.

Background / Expertise :

• Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Demonstrate experience and current competence in patient care in the last 24 months.
• Current Medical License in good standing issued by the Oregon Medical Board.
• Hold DEA certification.
