Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Egnite Electric’s brand presence, marketing initiatives, and business development efforts. This position is ideal for a motivated and creative professional with a passion for storytelling, digital marketing, and collaboration. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in developing marketing materials, managing digital platforms, coordinating events, and supporting proposal and bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
• Manage company website and social media accounts to ensure consistent branding and engagement.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and press releases.
• Support proposal and RFP submissions by gathering content, formatting documents, and assisting with design.
• Organize company events, trade shows, and community outreach activities.
• Maintain photo and video archives of projects and team activities.
• Assist in tracking marketing analytics and reporting performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with company objectives.
