Pay Rate : $30-35 / hr DOE
Schedule : Monday through Friday (three days onsite)

Our client, a respected medical non profit, is looking for a Project Specialist to join their team!
Project Specialist Responsibilities :
Provide and complete administrative support to internal business unit departments.Complete tasks related to external content renewals, contract coordination and managing contract / renewal timelines.Conduct monthly pipeline reporting.Support external site builds.Monitor and report on task completions, project progress, and prepare regular status reports.Edit and maintain process flow documentation.Maintain accurate project and initiative documentation and records.Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Support quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet requirements.Coordinate tasks and schedules to ensure smooth project execution.Project Specialist Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in business administration, healthcare management, project management, or related field, or equivalent applicable work experience.Minimum 3 years’ experience as a project or program specialist or relevant field.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.Strong attention to detail, with business acumen and demonstrated success in working on / with operational management or project managementStrong written and verbal communication skills; must be comfortable communicating with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.This is a long term temporary, hybrid role located in Downtown Chicago, IL.
