We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to take charge of day-to-day operations at a brand-new multi-family manufactured home development in Homestead, Florida. As a Community Manager, you will :

Lead, inspire, and motivate your on-site team-hiring, training, and developing talent to achieve peak performance.

Oversee community operations, including financial performance, community appearance, and resident satisfaction.

Take ownership of rent collection, delinquency management, and compliance with state laws.

Ensure top-notch maintenance and upkeep through proactive inspections and efficient work order management.

Partner with sales and marketing teams to generate leads, close sales, and promote the community.

Manage budgets, approve vendor invoices, and track financial results with precision.

Create a safe, welcoming, and vibrant environment that residents are proud to call home.

Minimum Requirements

What we're looking for :

2-3 years of property management experience with proven success leading teams and managing operations.

Bilingual in English / Spanish.

Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on, can-do mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

High school diploma or GED (degree a plus).

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Flexibility to work weekends on rotation.
