We seek a Business Development Representative who, under the supervision from the Director, Business Development, will promote strategic growth for the company by identifying leads, closing sales transactions, implementing new accounts, and managing partnerships longitudinally.

This is a field-based position covering Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Western Massachusetts with up to 75% travel and must live within the region. If you live in Connecticut or the surrounding area, you will have the flexibility to work remotely

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $50,000 to $115,000 annually based on full-time employment. This role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
