Quality Assurance Analyst

A company is looking for an IT Quality Assurance Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

Perform independent testing and validation, including writing test cases and manual testing

Identify, document, and track defects using defect tracking tools

Analyze data for accuracy and efficiency, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure thorough testing coverage

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a Financial Services organization, or High School Diploma / GED with 6 years of relevant experience

2-4 years of professional experience in software quality assurance or testing

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC

Experience with testing tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps

Knowledge of Salesforce and web application testing is preferred
