As a Product Development Specialist, you'll work closely with clients and manufacturers to bring new product concepts to life — from sketches and CADs to samples and full-scale production. You'll guide the entire development cycle, ensuring products are manufacturable, cost-effective, and aligned with market goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand product concepts, specs, materials, and use cases
• Translate client vision into factory-ready briefs, tech packs, and visual references
• Source and evaluate manufacturers based on capability, tooling needs, and product complexity
• Oversee sampling timelines, quality feedback loops, and cost refinement processes
• Coordinate with sourcing, QA, and logistics teams to prepare products for full-scale production
• Track changes, feedback, and revisions through each stage of product development
• Provide clients with clear updates, visuals, and recommendations throughout the process
