Were looking for a Fire Sales Estimator to join our Las Vegas operations and support the sales process by providing accurate technical evaluations, project analysis, and detailed estimates. This role collaborates closely with Account Executives, vendors, engineering teams, and AHJs while helping shape project scope and ensuring competitive proposals.
Responsibilities
- Design and document installed solutions with moderate complexity based on project requirements
- Review plans, specifications, and site conditions to determine complete project scope
- Prepare detailed estimates and quotes using estimation software
- Support customer information requests, including RFIs and RFPs
- Assist sales teams in explaining solution scope, value, and system approach
- Coordinate shop drawings, wiring diagrams, and device layouts for accuracy
- Work with vendors to register project scopes, secure pricing, and confirm product availability
- Identify products with potential long lead times and communicate with sales and project teams
- Contribute to submittal packages, including schematics and product literature
- Maintain communication with internal teams, vendors, consultants, and AHJs throughout the bid cycle
- Perform additional related duties as needed
