Job Overview :

IRG Clients is seeking a Deployment Manager to lead the deployment of key technology solutions that advance the Department's mission to protect the environment and manage the state's natural resources. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with project management skills to ensure smooth, efficient, and successful system integrations across agency operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead deployment planning and execution for agency's Salesforce platforms, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Develop and manage deployment strategies, schedules, resource plans, risk assessments, and testing activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business units, vendors, and program leaders to ensure successful implementation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication and support throughout deployment.
• Manage and track system bugs, enhancements, and changes through testing and release cycles.
• Collaborate with leadership to set priorities, resolve issues, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Implement change management and training strategies to support user adoption.
• Monitor contract requirements, software licenses, and budget considerations related to Salesforce deployments.
• Prepare progress reports, performance metrics, and post-deployment reviews.
