AP Specialist
Job Description
Roessel Joy is partnering with a popular company in the fitness industry who is looking for a new AP Specialist to join their team! The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of AP experience and Great Plains experience.

Responsibilities :
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments
- Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and process journal entries for accounts payable transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and SOX regulations
- Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Requirements :
- 1-2 years of AP Experience
- Great Plain experience preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
