Job descriptionMaster’s degree in Physical Therapy. Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health as a physical therapist. Current licensure to practice as a physical therapist in the state of operation, adhering to professional standards. Valid CPR certification required throughout employment in a clinical role. Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various business locations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough physical assessments and review medical histories to evaluate patients' conditions.
- Develop and customize treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and objectives.
- Implement a range of therapeutic exercises and training programs to enhance patient recovery.
- Provide education to patients and their families on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
- Monitor and document patients' progress towards achieving their rehabilitation goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Salary : $105,000-$150,000 DOE
