Job Description
Manage luxury interior construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines and budgets. Supervise on-site activities, ensuring all safety protocols and regulations are followed. Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes. Oversee procurement of materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance. Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Foster a collaborative and professional work environment on-site.
