The Strategic Programs PE Business Partner, Communications Sr. Manager, is responsible for developing and delivering innovative internal and executive communications strategies that inform, inspire, engage, and entertain our people, to create greater connection and sense of belonging. The business partner will work on large-scale strategic projects across executive programs and other special projects.
Job Responsibilities :
Act as the strategic business partner and leading authority on internal communications with Marketing + Communications (M+C) and key business leaders across Accenture.
Develop communication strategies, storytelling narratives and compelling content that bring our messages and campaigns to life, resonating with target audiences, across all relevant channels.
Collaborate across PE teams to create audience-first and data driven communications plans that achieve our Accenture -wide and strategic priorities
Deliver value to the business by focusing the team's time on priority programs that support our business, purpose and brand strategy.
Empower team members to be ambassadors of change for our M+C operating model, leading by example by embracing our new ways of working.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 10 years' experience in Marketing & Communications, designing and delivering integrated communications campaigns.
Minimum 5 years' experience utilizing digital platforms (web, mobile, social), face-to-face channels, content strategy, publishing, and management.
Preferred Qualifications :
Strong strategic, analytical thinking skills, with demonstrated excellence in creating and articulating client value propositions that can drive shareholder value.
Experience doing executive programming and communications.
Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to move forward communications initiatives in a global, matrixed environment.
A creative, state-of-the-art communications professional who understands emerging technologies, AI, and media and has a passion for exploring new methods.
An authentic leader with highly effective team management and coaching skills. Has a strong focus on accountability and providing continuous and constructive feedback.
Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, and oral communications skills. An eye for detail.
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
