Base pay range : $65,000.00 / yr - $75,000.00 / yr

This role is for our next DunnHealth Senior Account Executive, with responsibilities spanning strategy, account planning and business strategy, and project management within the healthcare industry (pharmaceutical and medical product manufacturing brands).
We are a hybrid office / remote culture with in-office presence 3 days a week. Local talent or individuals willing to relocate are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for managing an assigned book of business, leading day-to-day project management, and supervising other AEs to ensure initiatives support brand and overall strategy (briefs, POVs, creative, media plans, etc.).
- Ensure agency work is delivered to the highest quality, on time and on budget.
- Foster and manage client relationships; identify opportunities for account growth.
- Anticipate and resolve internal and client issues with support from the Account Director / leadership as needed.
- Lead and collaborate with internal agency partners to develop and deliver client and new business presentations.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on creative based on strategy and client needs, and present / defend creative to clients.
- Lead meetings with clear expectations for deliverables, roles, and next steps.
- Develop new business proposals and SOWs with the Account Director; contribute to revenue forecasting.
- Manage SOWs, budgets, and team hours to monitor profitability.
- Mentor and develop junior team members; set development goals and expectations.
- Inspire confidence and growth in agency and client teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in advertising or related field.5-7+ years of advertising agency experience , or related in-house marketing experience. Bonus points for healthcare.Local talent or willingness to relocate.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Self-starter with the ability to deliver results without constant supervision.Seasoned account professional with strong understanding of agency workflow and disciplines.Strong account planning, client relationship, and strategic thinking skills.Dependable team player able to work autonomously and as part of a team.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while contributing to business growth.Excellent written and verbal communication; confident leadership.Experience supervising and developing junior team members.Salary and Schedule
Salary Range : $65,000-$75,000
Schedule : Hybrid (office 3 days / week); local talent or relocation required.
