Position Summary :

Bradley is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation / Trial Paralegal experienced with complex business litigation to join our dynamic legal team.

This role is essential in supporting attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on complex business cases. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Position Responsibilities :

• Well versed in both federal and state court procedure and filing requirements, including e-filing in federal and state courts.
• Perform administrative duties such as calendaring hearings, court and discovery deadlines.
• Draft routine court documents, including notices of appearance, motions for extension of time, motions for default, and subpoenas.
• Manage hard copy and electronic case documents, including email and file organization, and preparation of hard copy binders.
• Conduct internet research, including case retrieval from Lexis and Westlaw.
• Assist with document productions (redacting, copying, Bates stamping).
• Cite-check, Bluebook, and shepardize briefs and legal memoranda.
• Organize, analyze, and index documents and exhibits.
• Assist with all aspects of deposition preparation.
• Create and maintain trial exhibit and deposition designation databases; assist with preparation of pre- and post-trial briefs.
• Provide trial support in the courtroom, including technology setup, courtroom connection configurations, and trial presentation (OnCue).
• Communicate effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels within the firm; strong service orientation required.
• Organize and manage litigation cases from inception to trial and appeal, including document productions, deposition preparation, and trial preparation.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.
• Ability to travel as needed.
