Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Lead Energy Technician. You will act as a lead and install energy efficiency measures to reduce consumer energy bills for various utility and weatherization programs within a defined territory in a company-provided vehicle.

In this role, you will :

• Install energy savings measures including attic insulation (batts and blown), caulking, lightbulbs, showerheads, baseboards, thermostats and electric water heaters
• Perform minor repairs to include windows and doors
• Assist with loading and unloading work trucks
• Ensure measures installed are to program guidelines
• Troubleshoot technical problems and issues in accordance with utility specifications
• Ensure all required paperwork and status updates are completed daily
• Assist with keeping the job site organized and safe
• Assist with customer site job set up and tear down
• Perform testing of combustion appliances to ensure proper function.

Physical Demands / Requirements

Target Compensation : $28.00 - $32.00 depending on experience

Compensation Range $25.00 - $37.50 Currency USD Type Hourly

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data / ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, for example. Sponsorship is not available for this position at this time. Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.
