About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to conceptualize, design, and deliver advanced automated equipment that meets both customer and internal specifications. As a senior member of the engineering team, you'll take the lead on projects of any size—including large-scale, multi-module systems exceeding $1.5M—while mentoring junior engineers and driving solutions that set the standard for functionality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design of automated systems, including cam, servo, and air-operated stations.
• Execute complex cam drive designs and modify existing systems to improve performance.
• Research and specify materials, sensors, and purchased components to meet functional and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare pneumatic and timing diagrams and produce detailed engineering documentation (drawings, BOMs, release packages).
• Participate in internal and customer design reviews and collaborate with suppliers to develop optimal solutions.
• Provide mentorship to Level I and II engineers, ensuring successful project execution on schedule and within budget.
• Support quality initiatives by adhering to ISO9001 and 13485 standards.
