As we expand, we are seeking a skilled procurement / sourcing manager to join our supply chain team.
Position Overview : As the Procurement Manager, you will lead our ongoing procurement transformation, third-party risk management, and supplier diversity. Your responsibilities include executing best-in-class processes and becoming a strategic business partner. In addition, implement and improve a robust third-party risk management and supplier diversity strategy.

- Material and Component Management
- Supplier Relationship Management
- Cost Control and Budgeting
- Compliance and Documentation
- Performance and Reporting (Prior experience with ERP required, i.e. NetSuite, SAP)

Duties and Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with production schedules, demand forecasts, and company cost targetsEvaluate sourcing procedures and present improvement strategies to senior management for approval.Analyze and calculate procurement costs and develop cost-reduction strategies.Drive purchasing decisions based on cost, scenario analysis, and market trends.Negotiate contracts with key suppliers, including costs and terms of supply, service, and quality.Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, service and reliability.Possess a focused, positive attitude toward achieving department objectives, contributing to the organization's overall success.A commitment to procurement best practices, legal compliance, and thorough recordkeepingActive participation in strategic supplier meetings, ensuring compliance and outstanding serviceIdentifying, researching, and proposing strategic sources for competitively priced market products and servicesManage bid process, including developing supplier interest, evaluating contract submission, reviewing product or service specification, and managing the proposal evaluations and selection process. Make final contract award recommendation.Develop and document benchmarking research to ensure the competitiveness of assigned contractsQualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, or related field preferredExperience with tariff's, ACE and CPB5+ years of experience leading projects and programs in procurement, supplier diversity, third-party risk management, or strategic sourcingExcellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (strong Excel and Power BI desired)Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.Inventory experience and understandingAre you ready to join and add Paradise's excellent financial benefits?

Compensation : $60,000 - $70,000 per year
