Position Description :
The Program Coordinator II supports the daily operations of MCW Restorative Systems (RS), including Restorative Practices (RP) and Restorative Justice (RJ), ensuring effective implementation of RJ initiatives, conflict resolution processes, educational programming, and any research and evaluation projects associated with that work. The Program Coordinator is a key liaison between those requesting RP / RJ, internal teams, and external stakeholders, and is responsible for case management, training coordination, data management, and strategic planning in alignment with MCW's institutional values and MCW RS goals.

Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management.
Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Customer focus, building trust, communication, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision making and problem-solving skills.
Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, experience and / or training in crisis intervention, facilitation, or restorative justice.
Preferred Schedule : M-F 8-5
Position Requirements :
Appropriate experience may be substituted on equivalent basis.
Minimum Required Education : Bachelors Degree
Minimum Required Experience : 3 years
Preferred Education : Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Experience : 5+ years
