- Shifts : Days - 8 hours, Monday-Friday, 40hrs / week
- Work Location : Hybrid; Palo Alto City, CA
Duties and Responsibilities
- Change Management certified (e.g. Prosci, or other change management methodology)
- Ability to work collaboratively - with project manager, project team members and leaders, etc.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization supporting various groups / teams
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and produce deliverables (not just consult / advise)
- Hybrid worker with expectation of being on-site for critical meetings, client engagements, etc.
- 5-8 years of experience as change consultant and / or leading change initiatives, including OCM activities such as change strategy and plan, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, change readiness assessment / measurement;
identifying change management risks and issues and escalating / resolving as appropriate; and status reporting
Proven experience supporting large-scale, organizational changes and / or leading small-mid size organizational change initiatives e.
g., process, policy, org design, culture / behavior change.
- Experience working in a unionized and regulated organization, preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience, preferred.
- Leading change from within a medium-large organization preferred.
- Experience working with senior and mid-level leadership.
- Meeting facilitation building shared understanding and leading groups to align on common objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in a work-related discipline / field from an accredited college or university
Experience
