Senior Manager, HR Products & Transformation Team
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Manager to be a part of the HR Products & Transformation Team. This team is responsible for driving digital transformation across Human Resources and delivering and maturing HR product capabilities through agile practices, process automation and enhancements.
The Senior Manager is a key position within the HR Products & Transformation Team providing leadership and driving execution delivery of both technical and non-technical initiatives. This position may support any of the following HR products :
- HR Core Services : Global Payroll, Time, Absence and Service Management through ServiceNow
- Talent Acquisition
- Talent Management and Learning & Development
- Total Rewards : Compensation (Executive, Incentive, Advanced, etc.) and Benefits
- Employee Life Cycle (Onboarding, Offboarding, etc.) and Employee Relations
- HR Data, Analytics & Reporting Services
This role will lead a team of Delivery Leads and Delivery Coordinators that are responsible for supporting the delivery of HR Product change. This position will report directly to the Head of HR Portfolio and Change Delivery and Governance.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual that can think strategically and deliver tactically against valued business outcomes. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrix organization to deliver continuously against both ambiguous and structured opportunities.
In this role, you will :
Partner directly with the HR Product Director on strategic planning, engagement and relationship management of service leaders and executive stakeholders, and daily activities to deliver against prioritized work.Enhance transparency of the product and enablement teams' capacity against prioritized work and foster team empowerment.Create and deliver executive-level presentations and communications that clearly articulate the issue, required decision, health of the product, or progress against business outcomes delivery of both technical and non-technical initiatives.Own executive, governance, and stakeholder routines, providing updates on business outcomes delivery and issues requiring executive escalation.Responsible for enterprise governance and policies (Enterprise Change Management, Systems Development Lifecycle, Control, Independent Risk Management, etc.).Manage a team of delivery leads and coordinators, developing and upskilling talent to meet business objectives and strategy.Partner with product, technology, and enablement team leads in the allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives.Support business case development and track alignment of the financials (cost & benefits) against the business case and delivery outcomes.Mitigate risks and issues by identifying and resolving sequencing and prioritization conflicts.Act as an advisor to leadership to develop and influence the products' success.Required Qualifications :
6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education.3+ years Management experience.Desired Qualifications :
8+ years of Leadership experience in Program Management, Delivery and Change Management governance routines that follow applicable policies and procedures and knowledge of Enterprise Change Management procedures and tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex concepts into simplified solutions in a straightforward and understandable manner to multiple stakeholders, applying the appropriate level of content depending on audience and intent.Strong executive presence, facilitation skills, drive for results, attention to quality and detail, and a synergetic attitude.Extensive experience working on large-scale organizational technical and non-technical change initiatives.Ability to manage and work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility collaboration, and adaptability are important.2+ years of Agile delivery practices and methodology.2+ years of Human Resource functions and systems experience (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow).Participation in an industry group or organization that aligns with Wells Fargo's support of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.Job Expectations :
