Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain a multi-quarter enablement strategy aligned with business priorities

Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments to facilitate alignment and consensus

Conduct needs analyses to identify partner knowledge gaps and translate insights into actionable enablement strategies

Required Qualifications

Experience in developing and executing enablement strategies

Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and sales processes

Ability to leverage change management tactics to drive behavioral change

Experience in conducting needs analyses and creating certification programs

Proven ability to establish metrics and measure the impact of enablement initiatives
