Associate Attorney – Employment Law (Plaintiff-Side) - Los Angeles, CA

A respected plaintiff-side law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2–7 years of experience to join its growing team in Beverly Hills, CA. The firm primarily handles employment and business litigation matters, with a strong focus on wage and hour class actions. Known for its collaborative culture and low turnover, the team offers a positive, engaging environment and meaningful work representing individuals and high-profile clients, including well-known athletes.

Key Responsibilities :

Litigate wage and hour class action matters

Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs

Participate in mediations, depositions, and court appearances

Work closely with partners and team members on complex litigation strategies

Contribute to trial preparation and case management

Qualifications :

2–7 years of experience in plaintiff employment law, specifically wage / hour, PAGA, class actions

Experience on the plaintiff side preferred; defense-side candidates with relevant experience will be considered

Must be licensed to practice in California

Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced litigation environment
