Job Summary : Talent Software Services is in search of a Paralegal for a contract position in Milwaukee, WI
The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities :
- Project related tasks, filter, prioritize and distribute all forms of communication
- Assist with administrative support for various projects and presentations, miscellaneous administrative tasks as requested.
- Provide paralegal administrative support to Corporate Secretary Paralegals and VP Associate GC.
Qualifications :
2-5 years of experience
Proficiency with MS Word, outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, AdobeSign, SharePoint; detail-oriented, excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.
