Our professional team incorporates Evidence-Based Practices and FDA-approved medications when clinically appropriate to provide comprehensive care.
Role Description
We are currently seeking an experienced, Full-Time, on-site Office Manager for our Staten Island clinic in Staten Island, NY. The ideal candidate will have a background in team management, a strong interest in mental health, and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about contributing to the growth and success of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities :
Operational Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinics, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal patient care
- Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage
- Manage inventory, ensuring efficient utilization of resources
- Implement and enforce clinic policies and procedures to keep clinics safe and organized
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Act as a liaison between staff, patients and executive management to facilitate communication.
Patient Experience
Support a patient-focused environment by ensuring excellent customer serviceEnsure clinics are clean, organizedStaff Development
Foster an encouraging, constructive, and collaborative work environment that enhances patient care and ensures employee fulfillmentResolve conflicts and manage support staff performanceReport performance evaluations regularly and provide constructive feedback to team membersEnsure staff training is current.Regulatory Compliance
Ensure Bridge Back to Life Centers is compliant with any applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA and other requirements i.e Fire DrillsRequirements :
Proven experience in office management within a healthcare settingStrong knowledge of awards software or similar EMR programs.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Effective communication skillsAbility to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Understanding of medical administrative processes and procedures.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office required.Pay : $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
